Hands on Class – Kids Welcome – Perfect Friend Group Class

Enjoy an afternoon baking with us for our Holiday cookie exchange.  In this class we will learn the basics of 4 different cookie recipes.  The class will consist of (4) four different groups, where each group makes a different cookie recipe.  The groups will make and bake off enough of their assigned cookie for everyone share.  Students will go home with a bakers dozen, or more, of assorted cookies. Types of cookies; Traditional Chocolate Chip, Buttery Shortbread, Coconut Macaroons, and Cantucci, an Italian Almond Cookie (and perhaps another type of cookie to be determined). While cookies are baking students will enjoy coffee and/or hot chocolate and a warm cookie or two out of the oven. Make one kind of cookie, but go home with four to five different types. Recipes for all cookies will be included in the handout. This class is a hands-on class, so aprons are recommended.  This is a great class to attend with a friend or family member for some baking fun.  $65.00 per seat includes chef lead cooking class instruction, printed recipes for all cookies made, all supplies and groceries needed to produce cookies, and a bakers dozen of cookies to bring home for each student.
