THURSDAY, December 22ND, 3:30-6:00pm – Holiday Cookie Exchange

Come join us for a holiday cookie exchange! In this class we will learn the basics of baking cookies. We will break the class up into four different groups. Each group will make a different cookie recipe and will bake off enough for everyone to be able to go home with a bakers dozen of assorted holiday cookies. Types of cookies will include; Traditional Chocolate Chip, Buttery Shortbread, Coconut Macaroons, and Ricciarelli (Italian Almond Cookie). While cookies are baking we will share coffee and hot chocolate. Make one kind of cookie, but go home with four to five different types. Recipes for all cookies will be included in the handout. This class is a hands-on class, so aprons are recommended.  *Includes light beverages or you may bring your own bottle of wine. Kid Friendly ($55.00/per seat includes cooking class instructions and recipes for all cookies, a bakers dozen of cookies to bring home.)
