In this special holiday cooking class we explore a multiple coursed dinner prepared fresh by our house chef in front of the class.  This class will focus on special bottles from various regions fit for holiday festivity that will compliment each course. During the evening students enjoy a discussion lead by the chef about the recipes and preparation methods as well as information on the evenings featured wines. This is a great date night or fun night out with friends eating great food and drinking even better wines.  All to get you in the spirit! Tastings, dinner, and chef instruction prepared by Chef/Owner Michelle Gioviti-Reeves and Chef Ashley Rella from the Fat Tuscan.  The menu varies and is not set until the week of the class to utilize the freshest seasonal ingredients on the market but meat & possibly seafood is planned for this dinner.  $100.00 Per Person includes a 4 course dinner with 4/5 different wines tasted throughout.
