WEDNESDAY, November 13th 2024 – Jam Making Class/Quick Jams & Biscuits – 11am to 2pm – 12 students max.

In this morning class join us to learn all about making fresh jams & flakey biscuits. Each student will work with a butter dough learning to properly mix & form tender biscuits with one-on-one instruction by the chef. Preparing fresh jams using an assortment of fresh fruits, cooking stations & baking will also be part of this class and each student will get an assortment of jams & biscuits to take home and enjoy. The class will focus on the original recipes from the Fat Tuscan on preparing a form of quick jams using fresh fruits of the season. At least 3 different jams will be prepared in class and tasted as well as each student will take home some of each jam. Students will work at individual stations and be provided with all the necessary supplies, ingredients, groceries, and utensils needed to prepare the day’s recipes. $65.00 per person, includes printed recipes, supplies, ingredients, class instruction as well as tastings/samples in class and take-home baked items prepared in class.
