In this cooking class students will learn to create an Italian favorite traditional Cookie known as Biscotti.  The recipe learned will be an original recipe from Chef Michelle, owner and chef of the Fat Tuscan. Each student will be making a full batch of the biscotti dough and baking is included in the class. Students may also choose to split their biscotti dough to make two different flavored cookies. Each student will mix and measure their own batch of dough and have options for various toppings and ingredients to flavor the biscotti.  During class Chef Michelle will prepare a sample biscotti dough with a discussion and instruction demonstration for forming and cutting the baked biscotti’s.  At the end of class warm baked samples of biscotti will be offered along with light snacks and refreshments during class. Aprons are recommended as substantial amounts of flour will be used.  *Please Note: NUTS will be present as part of the recipe.  Please bring a container to take home your finished cookie’s.   $65.00 per person, includes all ingredients, supplies, class instruction, samples, refreshments and printed recipes for each student to take home.
