WEDNESDAY, DECEMBER 29TH – MAKING BISCOTTI, ASSORTED FLAVORS – 5:30PM TO 8PM – 10 Students Max. (Kid Friendly)
Hands On Class
In this cooking class students will learn to create an Italian favorite traditional Cookie known as Biscotti. Each student will mix and measure their own batch of dough with various toppings and ingredients available to choose such as almonds, walnuts, dried fruits and chocolate morsels. Students may also choose to split their biscotti dough to make two different flavored cookies. During class the chef prepares a sample biscotti dough with a discussion and instruction demonstration for forming and cutting the baked biscotti’s. Each student will be handling and making their own biscotti dough. At the end of class warm baked samples of biscotti will be offered along with light snacks and refreshments during class. Aprons are recommended as substantial amounts of flour will be used. *Please Note: NUTS will be present as part of the recipe. Please bring a container to take home your finished cookie’s. $50.00 per person, includes all ingredients, supplies, class instruction and printed recipes for each student.
