Do you love making desserts? Have you been a customer who loved our light and fluffy Ricotta style cheesecakes? This is the perfect class for those students that love to bake, or who find desserts frustrating. Our customers loved our cheesecakes when our café was open and their light and fluffy texture was the key to their success. Join us in this Saturday afternoon class learning about our Ricotta Cheesecake recipe developed by the Fat Tuscan chef. Each student will be making an individual cheesecake to take home. The chef will prepare a cheesecake in class alongside everyone as an example showing proper techniques creating this dessert. A chilled Cheesecake made in advance will also be eaten by students at the end of class to show desired texture and outcome. (*Individual baking will be done later at home.) Students need to bring an 8 or 9 inch spring form pan. All ingredients needed to make a full cheesecake will be provided to each student along with an assortments of fillings and flavorings such as chocolate, chocolate chips, berry swirl, peanut butter, dried fruits, etc. A variety of crusts will also be available in addition to classic graham cracker. $70.00 per person, includes all ingredients to prepare an individual cheesecake to take home, printed recipes, chef class instruction, light snacks and refreshments served during class.
