Thursday, July 21st – MAKING LASAGNA COOKING CLASS – 5:30 to 8PM – 12 Students Max.
*Hands on Class, Vegetarian Friendly & Kid Friendly – Students please bring a 3 or 4 Quart Baking Dish, aprons recommended.
Join us for a night of making Lasagna, or ‘Pasta al Forno’, as the Italians say. In this hands-on class students learn about different sauces such as basil marinara, Ragu & Bechamel sauces. These sauces will then be used to build the best gourmet lasagna ever – ‘it’s all about the ingredients!’ Students will learn tips on how to assemble their own lasagna for consumption later. Each student will go home with a Lasagna to cook at home that will feed up 4 to 6 adults. All stuffing ingredients will be provided for the students as well as vegetarian and meat options. *Please Bring a Glass or Ceramic rectangular Lasagna Baking Dish (about 3 to 4 quarts) Aprons are recommended. ($55.00/pp includes all supplies to create and make lasagna in class to take home for each student, class instruction, light snacks and take home recipes.)
