Friday, October 28th – DIY CHARCUTERIE AND MAKING GNOCCHI – 6PM TO 9PM – 12 MAX. STUDENTS (GLUTEN FREE OPTIONS, VEGETARIAN FRIENDLY & KID FRIENDLY)
Learn how to artistically display a variety of dry meats, cheeses, jams, nuts and fruit in this DIY Charcuterie class. Then, we move into learning how to form and make fresh Potato Gnocchi from scratch. (If you are Gluten Free and miss eating pasta this class is for you as we will have an option and instructions on making Gluten free Gnocchi’s as well as the regular recipe). This cooking class will teach you how to make your own Gnocchi as the main course for your evening dinner and then we will cook each student’s fresh Gnocchi for them to enjoy with a choice of fresh made sauces. There will be at least two different types of sauces to top the Gnocchi for students to choose from and the class instructor will be going over sauce preparation during the class. Aprons are recommended as each student will be working with his/her own dough and is a hands-on cooking class. *Includes light beverages, cooking instruction and printed recipes.
