Making Gnocchi Pasta

Hands On Class

Enjoy an evening learning to form and make fresh Potato Gnocchi from scratch.  This cooking class will teach you how to make your own Gnocchi as the main course for your evening dinner using simple ingredients with flour, potato and egg.  During the class the instructor discusses types of pasta sauces and prepares a sauce fresh.  At least two different types of sauces are available for students to choose to top the freshly cooked Gnocchi.  The class ends with cooking each individual student’s fresh Gnocchi to enjoy with a choice of fresh made sauce.  If you happen to be gluten free and miss eating pasta this class is for you too as we provide an optional instruction on making Gluten free Gnocchi’s by request.  Aprons are recommended as each student will be working with his/her own dough and is a hands-on cooking class. The Class includes light beverages, snacks, all supplies, cooking instruction and printed recipes to take home.  $55.00/per person and includes a Gnocchi dinner. Students may bring your own bottle of wine if desired. *Sauces will be Vegetarian Friendly.
