TUESDAY, NOVEMBER 23RD – MAKING LASAGNA COOKING CLASS – 6PM to 8PM – 10 Students Max. (Vegetarian Friendly)
Hands On Class – *Please bring a 3 to 4 quart Lasagna Baking Dish
Join us the Tuesday before Thanksgiving making Lasagna as part of your Holiday dishes. In this class the chef will demonstrate how to make two different sauces from scratch both a basil marinara sauce and white creamy Bechamel. Then, the students will use the fresh sauces to build the best gourmet lasagna. The class will include a full assortment of different types of fresh and cooked ingredients from vegetarian to meat options for the students to choose from. It’s all about the ingredients! Students will learn tips on how to assemble, layer and bake the lasagna as well. Each student will go home with a Lasagna, (to bake at a later date), that will feed up to six people. This is a perfect class to get ready for Thanksgiving as there is nothing better than having a homemade Lasagna ready to pop in the oven for all that Holiday Company. *Please Bring a Glass or Ceramic 3 or 4 quart rectangular Lasagna Baking Dish *Aprons are recommended. $50 per person includes all prepared ingredients, supplies, sauces, class instruction and printed recipes.
