Join us on the Sunday afternoon before Thanksgiving and make a gourmet Lasagna to serve or take to your Thanksgiving Holiday with family. There is nothing like having a ready to serve Lasagna in your pantry to serve to guests. In this class students will learn to make two different sauces from scratch, a marinara & a white Cream Sauce Bechamel. These sauces will then be used to build the best gourmet lasagna ever – ‘it’s all about the ingredients!’ Students will learn tips on how to assemble their own lasagna for consumption later. Each student will go home with a Lasagna to cook at home that will feed up to 6. All stuffing ingredients will be provided for the students as well as vegetarian and meat options. This is a perfect class to get ready for Thanksgiving as there is nothing better than having a homemade Lasagna ready to pop in the oven for all that Holiday Company.
*Please Bring a Glass/Ceramic 3 or 4 quart rectangular Lasagna Baking Dish
