Making Ravioli

Enjoy an evening making fresh ravioli from scratch & then eat them as your dinner! There is nothing more satisfying than rewarding yourself by eating the fruits of your own labors.  In this fun interactive class, students learn to make fresh pasta dough from egg, flour and oil. The class then demonstrates how to roll out pasta dough to form ravioli.  The instructor teaches how to stuff and form the ravioli with an assortment of cheeses.  At the end of the class, your ravioli is cooked for your dinner as part of the class.  A choice between pasta sauces, both vegetarian, is available to complete the dish.  Students will be working with flour, so aprons are recommended.  The class includes a beverage, or you may bring your own bottle of wine (ID Required). This is a great class for a date night or a fun evening out.  Cooking class instruction from our chef and printed recipes are part of every class. $55.00 per person includes instruction, all supplies, all materials, and a full ravioli dinner for each student.  Bread with oil will also be served during this class.
