Hands On Class
Enjoy an evening making fresh raviolis from scratch & then eat them all yourself! There is nothing more satisfying than rewarding yourself by eating the fruits of your own labors. Students will learn to make an egg pasta dough from scratch & then learn the technique to roll it out and hand-form raviolis. We will provide a cheese stuffing for the filling as well several sauce options to top your pasta. The café will cook each individual’s raviolis for their dinner as part of the class. This class is a hands-on class, so aprons are recommended. *may bring your own bottle of wine, proper ID required. ($50.00/per person, includes ravioli dinner, light beverage, all supplies, cooking class instruction and printed recipes to take home. This is a hands-on type of class.)
