Enjoy an evening making fresh raviolis from scratch & then eat them all yourself! There is nothing more satisfying than rewarding yourself by eating the fruits of your own labors. Each student will learn to make egg pasta dough from scratch & then learn to roll it out and hand form stuffed raviolis with an assortment of cheeses. The café will cook each individual’s raviolis for their dinner consumption as part of the class; several sauce options will be available to top your pasta. Toasted bread will be given out to snack on during your class as well. *May bring your own bottle of wine. $50.00 per person, includes all supplies, cooking class instruction, printed recipes and a ravioli dinner.
