Pasta Class: Making Ravioli & Pesto

Enjoy an evening making fresh ravioli from scratch.  And then, eat them all by yourself as your dinner for the evening! There is nothing more satisfying than rewarding yourself by eating the fruits of your own labors.  In this fun & interactive class students learn to make fresh ravioli from an egg & flour pasta dough. The class includes instruction & Chef demonstration on how to roll out pasta dough and form ravioli stuffed with an assortment of cheeses. At the end of the class, the fresh ravioli will be cooked by our staff for everyone to enjoy as their dinner.  The Chef will also demonstrate how to make our original recipe Basil Pesto sauce during the class.  This sauce and several other sauces will be available to top the ravioli. (*All Sauces will be vegetarian).  This class is a hands-on class where students will be working with a substantial amount of flour so aprons are recommended.  This is a great class for a date night or a fun evening out.  Cooking class instruction from our chef and printed recipes are part of every class.  $65.00 per person includes instruction, all supplies, all materials, printed recipes to take home & a full ravioli dinner for each student.  Bread with oil & Pesto sauce will also be served during this class as an appetizer. This is a hands-on type of class perfect for all levels including children.
