Have you wanted to improve your skills in the kitchen and become a better cook? Work a full day with Chef/Owner Michelle Gioviti learning everything from kitchen basics, cooking techniques, to classic Italian recipes. This class will be limited in spots so that one-on-one training and teaching can be offered to every student. The class will consist of demonstrating techniques helping students to improve their cooking skills specifically for sauteing, simmering, and braising. Students will be executing each recipe on their own with a question-and-answer period during lunch. This class series is for students who are serious about cooking and improving their culinary skills. *Food safety, sanitation, kitchen navigation rules, and organization will apply.
This class will include chef instruction, demonstration of recipes & hands-on cooking. Snacks, lunch, and printed recipes of all the items prepared in class will be included. *Note taking is suggested, however. Students will be working at individual workstations with Gas burners for each recipe. All recipes prepared will be sent home with the student for them to share and enjoy.
