Join us for this fun afternoon class learning to make big, juicy meatballs. In this interactive cooking class students will learn to make authentic Italian Meatballs and a savory Basil Marinara Sauce. The recipes shared in this class are original recipes from the Fat Tuscan which not only produces the biggest balls around but are also known for their moist and flavorful character. The class will also include a chef lead demonstration on making a fresh Tomato Sauce, Basil Marinara, from scratch. Each student will prepare meatballs in class and learn to prepare a pasta sauce to be used with the meatballs. Tastings of the finished products are offered at the end of the class. Also, students will go home with meatballs and a container of tomato sauce to share or freeze to eat for a later date. This is an hands on Cooking Class so aprons are recommended. An apron is encouraged for this class as each student will be making their own meatballs. Students will go home with enough Meatballs & Sauce to Feed 4/6 individuals. $75.00 per person. Includes instructions, all supplies, ingredients, and printed recipes to take home as well as everything created in class to be part of a full meal later.
