Meatballs, Marinara and Polenta (GF)

OBSERVATION & DEMONSTRATION CLASS – GLUTEN-FREE FRIENDLY
While pasta and bread are the foundation of Italian cuisine, numerous Italian dishes are naturally gluten free friendly. Come out and enjoy a fun night learning to make some of the Italian Classics; meatballs, marinara, and polenta! Students will make meatballs by hand and a demonstration on making fresh marinara and creamy polenta is included. Students will cook, eat and dine on their freshly baked meatballs, served over delicious creamy polenta, and topped with hearty marinara sauce and cheese. An apron is encouraged for this class as each student will be making their own meatballs. $75.00 per person. Includes instructions, supplies, ingredients, and recipes. A full dinner of freshly baked meatballs, with creamy polenta, and marinara sauce.
