Join our guest Teacher, Lisa Varvel and Staff, for an evening learning to create a simple and delicious three course meal from pantry items. This class highlights Cooking from a stocked pantry, which makes last minute meals a breeze. The first course will be to create your own easy Charcuterie Board with meats & cheeses. The second course is a stress-free warm & filling meal of a savory black bean and rice dish. As Lisa creates the dish from start to finish, she will cover all aspects of seasonings & cooking. The final course will be a simple peach cobbler made entirely of pantry items. Enjoy a full meal & a fun evening cooking with us from appetizer to dessert. The class consists of some observation and some hands-on to learn technique. All ingredients will be provided by Fat Tuscan. $55.00/per person, includes all ingredients, class instruction a full meal as well as take home recipes for each student.
