Come out and enjoy a fun night learning to make fresh pasta’s from scratch and how to make a creamy alfredo sauce from scratch as well. This class will explore how to make fresh pasta using flour, eggs & oil. Instructors will demonstrate how to make the dough, roll it out and cut it into Fettuccine. Students also have the option to add flavorings into their pasta dough such as tomato or pesto flavored pasta; plain pasta is also taught if no flavoring is desired. This class will also include a demonstration of the instructor teaching and making a fresh creamy alfredo sauce during the length of the class. Then, after class, our staff cooks each individual pasta that you made for students to eat and dine on with a choice of sauce made for you in the class. An apron is encouraged for this class as each student will be making their own pasta for the evening using a substantial amount of flour. Includes a full dinner of fresh made pasta with a choice of fresh sauce made in class. All students will be consuming their results at the end of class with their choice of the prepared sauces, so come prepared to eat. $65.00 per person includes all ingredients, Dinner, cooking class instruction and printed recipes. This is a hands-on type of class. Kids Welcome.
