PASTA: Making Flavored Pasta & Sauce

THURSDAY, APRIL 6TH – MAKING FLAVORED PASTA & CLASSIC SAUCES – 14 STUDENTS MAX – 6PM TO 8:30PM
HANDS ON CLASS – VEGETARIAN FRIENDLY – KID FRIENDLY
Come out and enjoy a fun evening learning to make fresh pasta from scratch with your choice of flavoring for your pasta such as tomato, spinach, pesto and even bright red beet colored pasta. This class will also include a demonstration of the instructor teaching and making two different fresh sauces from scratch during the length of the class. Then students will cook, eat and dine on their fresh pasta made with a choice of the sauces made for you in the class. This class will explore using flavorings in pasta. (*plain is also taught if no flavoring is desired). An apron is encouraged for this class as each student will be making their own pasta for the evening using flour and eggs. $65.00 per person includes ingredients, supplies, dinner, cooking class instruction and recipes. This is a hands-on type of class.
