Pasta: Making Ravioli

THURSDAY, February 9, 2023  – PASTA MAKING; MAKING RAVIOLI – 6PM TO 9PM – 12 MAX.

Enjoy an evening making fresh ravioli from scratch & then eat them all yourself as dinner! There
is nothing more satisfying than rewarding yourself by eating the fruits of your own labors.  In
these fun and interactive class students will learn to make fresh ravioli from an egg and flour
pasta dough from scratch.  The class will include instruction and demonstration on how to roll
out the dough and form ravioli stuffed with an assortment of cheeses. At the end of the class,
the done ravioli will be cooked for everyone for their dinner as part of the class.  We will make
several sauce options as the available topping for your ravioli, both vegetarian.  This class is a
hands-on class and we will be working with flour, so aprons are recommended.  The class includes
a beverage, or you may bring your own bottle of wine (ID Required). This is a great class for a
date night or a fun evening out.  Cooking class instruction from our chef and printed recipes are
part of every class.  ($55.00/per person includes instruction, all supplies, all materials, and a
full ravioli dinner for each student.  Bread with oil will also be served during this class. This is
a hands-on type of class perfect for all levels including children.)
