Enjoy an evening making fresh ravioli from scratch & then eat them as dinner! There is nothing more satisfying than rewarding yourself by eating the fruits of your own labor. In this fun and interactive class students will learn to make fresh ravioli from egg and flour. The class will include instruction and demonstration on how to roll out the dough and form ravioli stuffed with an assortment of cheeses. At the end of the class, your ravioli will be cooked for your dinner as part of the class. We will make several sauce options to top for your ravioli’s; both vegetarian. This is a great class for a date night or a fun evening out. Students will be working with flour & egg to create pasta dough. Aprons are recommended. $65.00 per person includes class instruction from our chefs & recipes, instruction, all supplies, all materials, and a full ravioli dinner for each student. Beverages & bread with oil will also be served during this class.
