Come out and enjoy a fun night learning to make fresh pasta from scratch. First learn to make a flavored pasta from scratch and then watch as the instructor creates a fresh pesto & variety of cream sauces to pair with the pasta. At the end of the class we will cook your pasta for you to eat and dine on with a choice of the sauces made for you in the class. This class will explore using flavorings in pasta such as tomato, spinach or pesto. (Plain is also taught if no flavoring is desired). An apron is encouraged for this class as each student will be making their own pasta for the evening using flour and eggs. Feel free to bring your own bottle of wine. (proper ID Required) All students will be consuming their results at the end of class with their choice of the prepared sauces, so come prepared to eat. $55.00 per person includes all ingredients, Dinner, cooking class instruction and printed recipes. Includes a full dinner of fresh made flavored pasta with a choice of fresh sauce made in class.
