Pasta, Pesto Cream Sauce, and Appetizers

FRIDAY, FEBRURAY 3rd, 2023 – PASTA, PESTO CREAM SAUCES, APPETIZERS– 6PM TO 9PM –   12 MAX. STUDENTS
Come out and enjoy a fun night learning to make fresh pasta’s from scratch with your choice of flavoring for your pasta.  This class will also include a demonstration of the instructor teaching and making a fresh pesto and a cream sauce during the length of the class.  Then cook, eat and dine on the fresh pasta you made with a choice of the sauces made for you in the class.  This class will explore using flavorings in pasta where students will learn to make either tomato or spinach-flavored pasta from scratch. (plain is also taught if no flavoring is desired).  In addition, we will start the class by learning how to make fresh bruschetta. An apron is encouraged for this class as each student will be making their own pasta for the evening using flour and eggs.  ** include an appetizer, full dinner of fresh made flavored pasta with a choice of fresh sauce made in class. All students will be consuming their results at the end of class with their choice of prepared sauces, so come prepared to eat.  ($65.00/per person includes all ingredients, Dinner, cooking class instruction and printed recipes.  This is a hands-on type of class.)
