Hands On Class
Come out and enjoy a fun evening learning to make fresh pasta’s from scratch. Students will also have a choice of flavoring to mix into their pasta such as tomato, spinach and/or pesto. This class includes a demonstration by the chef during class teaching how to make fresh pasta sauces from scratch. At the end of class, we will cook each students pasta so they can dine on fresh pasta and sauce for the evening. This class explores using flavorings in pasta. An apron is encouraged for this class as each student will be making their own pasta for the evening using flour and eggs. *may bring your own bottle of wine. $50.00/per person includes a full dinner of pasta with choice of sauce, all supplies, cooking class instruction and printed recipes.
