Hands On Class
Enjoy a fun night learning to make pasta and sauce from scratch & how to make the classic Italian dessert Tiramisu. The class begins with each student preparing an individual Tiramisu to enjoy later. Students will then make their own pasta from scratch using egg and flour. Students will learn mixing, kneading and shaping pasta dough to form different pasta shapes. At the same time, the instructor also prepares and discusses two pasta sauces both a Marinara & Bolognese Sauce. Students will eat the prepared pasta as dinner for the evening with a choice of the sauces. Following dinner, the prepared dessert is served and enjoyed. This cooking class includes a dinner of fresh pasta topped with sauce and ends with a dessert. An apron is recommended. *A meat sauce & a vegetarian sauce will be available. *Students may bring your own bottle of wine. $65.00 per person includes a pasta dinner, pasta & sauce cooking class instruction, dessert instruction, all supplies and printed recipes to take home.
