Enjoy a fun night learning to make pasta, dessert and sauces. Starting off the evening students learn the art of the classic Italian dessert, Tiramisu. This perfect dessert will be prepared by each student as an individual portion for themselves. After this, a hands on class of learning our favorite potato pasta, Gnocchi is taught. And, during the class, fresh sauces will be prepared by the chefs and demonstrated from scratch. The class begins with each student preparing an individual Tiramisu to enjoy later. Students will then make their own pasta from scratch using potato, egg and flour. Students will learn mixing, kneading and shaping to form the gnocchi pasta. Students will eat the prepared pasta as dinner for the evening with a choice of the sauces. Following dinner, the prepared dessert is served and enjoyed. This cooking class includes a dinner of fresh pasta topped with sauce and ends with a dessert. An apron is recommended. *Students may bring your own bottle of wine. $65.00 per person includes a pasta dinner, pasta & sauce cooking class instruction, dessert instruction, all supplies and printed recipes to take home.
