In this class enjoy a night of pasta & dessert. Explore making fresh pasta from scratch using egg, flour and oil, as well as learning to prepare an individual tiramisu. Fresh pasta sauces, a Fresh Marinara Sauce (Vegetarian) and a Bolognese Sauce (a hearty meat sauce) will be prepared by the chef during the class to pair with the pasta. Students will be making their own pasta from scratch and then learning to knead, roll, and form a variety of shapes. The class will first start out however with the preparation of individual Tiramisu’s. During class the instructor will be making and provide instruction on the process for making each pasta sauce. All students will be consuming their results at the end of class with their choice of the prepared sauces, so come prepared to eat. Aprons are recommended as each student will be working with flour and egg. Students may bring your own bottle of wine with proper I.D. The class includes a dinner of fresh made pasta with a choice of sauce & Dessert. $65.00 per person includes dinner & dessert, cooking class instruction and printed recipes.
