Enjoy a date night on Friday the 13th learning to form and make fresh Ravioli from scratch from our In-house Chef Aaron, self appointed “Pasta Boy”. In this fun & interactive class students learn to make fresh ravioli from an egg & flour pasta dough. Then, Chef Aaron will guide students on how to roll out the pasta dough and form ravioli stuffed with an assortment of cheeses. But first, we start with an appetizer of Bruschetta. Chef Aaron will demonstrate the art to making one of Italians favorite appetizers – Tomato Basil Bruschetta. We will provide each Couple with a DIY Bruschetta board and all the things needed to create your very own appetizer. Instructions on making fresh pasta dough and forming Ravioli follows. Of course the night ends with each student enjoying their fresh ravioli with a choice of freshly made sauces for their evening meal. There will be at least two different types of sauces to top the ravioli. At the end of the class, the fresh ravioli will be cooked by our staff. There will be several sauces available to top the ravioli, both vegetarian. This class is a hands-on class where students will be working with a substantial amount of flour, so aprons are recommended. Student will be working with their own dough. $75.00 per person, includes appetizer of bruschetta & a dinner of fresh ravioli topped with sauce. Also included are light beverages, all supplies, utensils, chef instruction and printed recipes.
