Come enjoy a night envisioning yourself immersed in the roman streets while dining on foods from the historic roman culture with its most famous pasta dishes.  A NIGHT OF PASTA!  In this fun interactive class, our chef will prepare 3 DIFFERENT PASTAS paired with Italian Wines.  The Classic Roman pastas, as any true roman knows, are Amatriciana, Carbonara and Cacio e’ Pepe’.  Each course will be accompanied with an Italian wine and paired perfectly to compliment the flavors.  If you are a pasta lover and miss the authentic flavors of Rome, then this class is for you.  $70.00 per person includes wine tasting, a full dinner of 3 types of pasta, and cooking Class instruction by our house chef.
