SATURDAY, NOVEMBER 26, 2022 – Scones & Shortbreads; Baking Cooking Class – 11am TO 1:30pm – 12 Students Max. (Kids are Welcome)
Hands On Class
In this morning class learn to make classic sweet scones and buttery shortbreads. Each student will work with two butter dough’s learning to properly mix, knead, and form these tender breads. The class includes one-on-one instruction by the chef to offer tips and techniques for proper baking. We will then bake each student’s breads and each student will be returning with an assortment of baked items. A container is recommended and/or a sheet pan to transport the finished product home. Students will work at individual stations and be provided all the necessary supplies, ingredients, groceries, and utensils needed to prepare the day’s recipes. Aprons are recommended. $55.00 per person, includes printed recipes, supplies, ingredients, class instruction as well as tastings/samples in class and take-home baked items prepared in class.
