Hands On Class, Kids Welcome
In this Saturday morning class learn to make Classic Scones, Flakey Biscuits and Buttery Shortbread. Learn to work with three types of Butter Dough and obtain skills on how to properly mix, knead, and form these tender breads. The class includes one-on-one instruction by the chef. Baking is part of this class so each student will be returning with an assortment of baked items. Please bring a container or a sheet pan to transport hot breads home. Each student will work at individual stations and be provided all the necessary supplies, ingredients, groceries, and utensils needed to prepare the day’s recipes. Aprons are recommended. $55.00 per person, includes printed recipes, supplies, ingredients, class instruction as well as tastings/samples in class and take-home baked items prepared in class.
