In this Saturday morning class learn to make Classic Scones and Buttery Shortbread. Each student will work with their own butter dough learning to properly mix, knead, and form these tender breads. The class includes one-on-one instruction by the chef as she works with you making a dough. Baking will also be part of this class and each student will be returning with an assortment of baked items, so a container is recommended and/or a sheet pan to transport home. Students will work at individual stations and be provided all the necessary supplies, ingredients, groceries, and utensils needed to prepare the day’s recipes. $55.00 per person, includes printed recipes, supplies, ingredients, class instruction as well as tastings/samples in class and take-home baked items prepared in class.
