WEDNESDAY, December 27th – STOCKING THE KITCHEN (Making flavored oils, Herb Rubs & Tapenades) – 11am to 2:00pm – 12 MAX. STUDENTS

Enjoy an afternoon with the Chef and Owner of the Fat Tuscan learning about stocking your kitchen with flavor. In this class students will learn about flavoring Olive oil for use in the kitchen, working with fresh herbs and dried herbs and creating rubs & tapenades used for enhancing the flavors in your kitchen cooking. The class will provide jars to take home for your pantry. If you have any fresh herbs growing in your garden, feel free to bring them and we will show you how to dry them and use them in cooking. The class is $65 per person and will include light beverages, all supplies, utensils, glass jars, cooking class instruction, ingredients & printed recipes for students to take home.
