Hands on Class – Kids Welcome – Perfect Friend Group Class – Baking

Enjoy an afternoon baking with us a fun day of making cookies.  In this class we will learn the basics of 4 different cookie recipes.  The class will consist of (4) four different groups, where each group makes a different cookie recipe.  The groups will make and bake off enough of their assigned cookie for everyone share.  Students will go home with a bakers dozen, or more, of assorted cookies. Types of cookies; S’mores Chocolate Chip Cookie, Buttery Shortbread, White Chocolate Macadamia Nut Cookie, Lemon Ricotta Coconut Cookies, and Nutella Bombs. While cookies are baking students will enjoy a full beverage bar set up to make coffee and/or hot chocolate as well as an assortment of teas, perfect to go with a warm cookie or two when they come out of the oven. Make one kind of cookie, but go home with four to five different types. Recipes for all cookies will be included in the handout. This class is a hands-on class, so aprons are recommended.  This is a great class to attend with a friends group or family for some baking fun.  $65.00 per seat includes chef lead cooking class instruction, printed recipes for all cookies made, all supplies and groceries needed to produce cookies, and a bakers dozen of cookies to bring home for each student.
