Traditional Italian Dinner & Wine Tasting

Join us for this great chef demonstration class in which up to three courses of an Italian inspired meal are prepared by our chef in front of you.  The full meal will be enjoyed as the courses are prepared and paired with Italian wines. This class includes a full meal, all vegetarian friendly, of pasta for your first course, followed by a savory entrée course with vegetables and/or salad followed by a dessert course.   Recipes will be discussed during preparation of meal & note taking is encouraged.  In this observation type class students will watch as the instructor makes three different recipes for the evening of fresh foods and each course is consumed by the students.  This is a full coursed dinner with chef instruction and discussion during the evening.  $75.00 per person, includes 4 course meal with chef demonstration, class instruction and full dinner meal with wine tasting.
