Observation Class
Join us for an traditional Italian dinner learning about Italian food and Italian heritage. This class focuses on how an Italian meal is served; a first course of pasta followed by a savory entrée including vegetables and/or salad and ending with a dessert. During the class a step-by-step discussion is presented on each recipe as it is prepared. Students will first enjoy a savory pasta course followed by an entrée and, will end with a dessert. This is an observation type class in which students watch the instructor make three different recipes for the evening and each course is eaten by the students throughout the evening. $50.00/per person, includes chef demonstration, class instruction and a full dinner meal with beverage. *Menu varies depending on seasonal ingredients.
