Learn all about pairing wine with dinner. Our chef prepares a full coursed dinner with discussion, from appetizer to dessert, for you to enjoy & pairs each one with different tastings of wine. This is a great date night or fun night out with friends eating great food and drinking even better wines. Tastings, dinner and chef instruction will be prepared by Chef/Owner Michelle Gioviti-Reeves from the Fat Tuscan. During the evening the chef selects each course to perfectly complement the wines presented. The menu will be set the week of class. This class is for students who love wine and good food and for students wishing to learn more about wine pairing. *Some courses may contain meat. *Proper ID required. $80.00 Per Person, includes a 4 course dinner with up to 4/5 different wines tasted throughout the evening with each course.
