Observation & Dinner Class with Wine Tasting
Spend an evening with our Chef in this Cooking Class learning all about fresh Gourmet food paired with wine. In this class our chef will prepare a unique menu of inspired dishes using seasonal produce and fresh ingredients in front of you. Each course also has a hand selected wine paired for you to taste. During class a discussion on preparation is conducted throughout each course as well as details about the paired wine. This is a great date night or fun night out with friends eating great food and drinking even better wines. Tastings, dinner and chef instruction prepared by Chef/Owner Michelle Gioviti-Reeves and Chef Ashley Rella from the Fat Tuscan. Each course will be selected to perfectly complement the wines that you will be presented. The evening is for students who love wine and good food and for students wishing to learn more about wine. This class is $100.00 per person and includes a chef prepared coursed dinner with wine pairing tasting. Special Pricing on wines to purchase are also available during the class. *Prepared Menu varies.
