Wine Pairing & Chef Dinner

Observation Type Class
Spend an evening with our Chef in this Cooking Class and learn all about fresh Gourmet food paired with wine. In this class our chef will prepare a unique menu of inspired dishes using seasonal produce and fresh ingredients in front of you. Each course also has a hand selected wine paired for you to taste. And, during the class a discussion on preparation is conducted by the chef throughout each course and information on the paired wine is presented as well. This is a great date night or fun night out with friends eating great food and drinking even better wines. Tastings, dinner and chef instruction prepared by Chef/Owner Michelle Gioviti-Reeves from the Fat Tuscan. Each course will be selected to perfectly complement the wines that you will be presented. The evening is for students who love wine and good food and for students wishing to learn more about wine. This class is $75.00 per person and includes a full coursed dinner with wine pairing tastings.
