Observation Type Class
This Chef led Cooking Class is all about wine pairings with gourmet food. The class explores a multiple coursed dinner that is prepared by our house chef. Everything is freshly prepared in front of the class with a discussion lead by the chef throughout the dinner. The chef hand selects different wine to pair with each course. This class is a great date night or fun night out with friends eating great food and drinking even better wines. Tastings, dinner and chef instruction prepared by Chef/Owner Michelle Gioviti-Reeves from the Fat Tuscan. Each course will be selected to perfectly complement the wines that are presented. This class is for students who love wine, good food and for students wishing to learn more about wine. Proper I.D. required for attendance.
