In this Cooking Class we explore a multiple coursed dinner prepared fresh by our house chef in front of the class. This class will focus on Bold Red Wines selected from various regions to compliment the courses. During the evening students enjoy a discussion lead by the chef about the recipes and preparation methods as well as information on the evenings featured wines. This is a great date night or fun night out with friends eating great food and drinking even better wines. Tastings, dinner and chef instruction prepared by Chef/Owner Michelle Gioviti-Reeves from the Fat Tuscan. The menu varies and is not set until the week of the class to utilize the freshest seasonal ingredients on the market but meat & possibly seafood is planned for this dinner. $80.00 Per Person includes a 4 course dinner with 4/5 different wines tasted throughout.
