SUNDAY, January 22nd – HERB BREAD & YEAST DOUGH – WORKING WITH BREAD – 12 Students Max. 2pm to 4pm
Hands On Class – Kid Friendly – Vegetarian Friendly – Baking
Explore making bread from scratch and learn how to work with yeast dough’s in this class. Students will learn to mix dough’s with fresh herbs to create different types of formed breads such as baguette’s, braids and filled breads. Students will learn how to combine ingredients, knead and rise the dough to create a finished bread. This hands-on class provides one-on-one instruction on bread making. Each student will work at an individual station to work and prepare a dough from scratch. Rising time and working the dough will be discussed. Bread will be baked in class and each student will go home with baked breads. Aprons are recommended for this class as we will be working with substantial amounts of flour. * Pleases bring a baking sheet for transportation home. $55.00 per person, includes light beverages & snacks as well as cooking instructions and recipes. *Kids are welcome in this class.
