Join us on a fun Saturday and spend the day with Chef Michelle learning the intricacies of working with Olive Oil Breads. In this class students learn to make two types of dough’s, both a Focaccia Bread Dough and a Classic Pizza Dough. The chef guides students through making the dough, rising it and baking it. From forming the shapes to types of flavors for the focaccia and toppings for the pizza the class will cover all the types of ways to use this versatile dough. The class will also cover proper baking techniques for each bread and a lunch of Pizza will be enjoyed during the class as well. Each student will be working with their own dough to create two separate doughs and taking the Focaccia Bread home. Various toppings and ingredients will be provided for students to choose from for the pizza making portion during lunch. The class will include a lunch during the class with a complimentary beverage. $125.00 Per person, includes all ingredients and supplies for class; Chef led class instructions & printed recipes included as well as a pizza lunch.
