Enjoy an evening making fresh raviolis from scratch & then eat them all yourself! There is nothing more satisfying than eating the fruits of your own labors. In this interactive class each student will learn to make egg pasta dough from scratch, roll out their dough, stuff it and hand-form fresh ravioli’s. The class will end with us cooking each individual’s raviolis for their dinner. We will have several different sauces as options to top the cooked ravioli plus a cheese stuffing for the center of these delectable treats. This class is a hands-on class, so aprons are recommended. We also include a choice of beverage (or bring your own bottle of wine), and a light snack during class. Cooking class instruction and printed recipes will be available for each student. This class is $50.00 per person and includes a ravioli dinner with your choice of sauce.
