WEDNESDAY, APRIL 26TH – BREAD: BAKING SCONES – 1 PM TO 4 PM – 12 STUDENTS MAX
HANDS-ON CLASS – KID FRIENDLY – VEGETARIAN FRIENDLY
In this afternoon class learn to make classic scones. Each student will work with three types of butter dough learning to properly mix, knead, and form these tender breads with one-on-one instruction by the chef. Baking will also be part of this class and each student will be returning home with an assortment of baked items, so a container is recommended and/or a sheet pan to transport home. Students will work at individual stations and be provided all the necessary supplies, ingredients, groceries, and utensils needed to prepare the day’s recipes. $65.00 per person, includes printed recipes, supplies, ingredients, class instruction as well as tastings/samples in class and take-home baked items prepared in class. Aprons are recommended.
