SATURDAY, APRIL 22ND– DESSERT: MAKING CHEESECAKE – 2PM TO 4PM – 14 MAX STUDENTS
HANDS ON CLASS – KID FRIENDLY – TAKE HOME AND BAKE
Do you love making desserts? Have you been a customer who loved our light and fluffy Ricotta style cheesecakes? This is the perfect class for those students that love to bake, or who find desserts frustrating. Our customers loved our cheesecakes when our café was open and their light and fluffy texture was the key to their success. This class will go over the Ricotta Cheesecake recipes developed by the Fat Tuscan chef and each student will be making an individual cheesecake to take home. The chef will prepare a cheesecake in class and teach students to make a cake as well. A house made cheesecake will be made in advance to eat and to show desired texture and outcome. Students need to bring an 8 or 9 inch springform pan (larger sizes will still use recipes designed for 8 or 9 inch pans.) $65.00 per person includes all ingredients to prepare an individual cheesecake as well as recipes for each student. Light snacks and refreshments will be served. *Individual baking will be done at home.
